Role/Responsibility
- Create a list of milestones and checkpoints and set measurable criteria to check the quality on timely basis.
- Ensure all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking.
- Perform quality audit to ensure quality standards and procedure are being followed by the QA Team.
- Motivating team for achieving continuous Improvement.
